Dinos on the Road

We are taking our dinos on the road! The Paleontology division at the Museum of Texas Tech University has developed an outreach program that travels to local and regional school districts for a one-day experience with dinosaur exploration and education. This exciting new program will come with developmental kits, lesson plans and more designed to spark interest in the exciting world of dinosaurs.

With each lesson, our team of dino experts from the paleontology division, including master’s students, will offer in-person interaction to answer all your child's burning questions. This program provides an exciting and practical opportunity for students to visit the Museum without ever leaving their classrooms.

This program will offer practical education with the excitement and joy dinosaurs bring. Funds raised will go to building lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom incentives, reusable materials and travel costs. Funds will also help expand the program to middle and high school levels, so even more students will have access to this exciting program.
